How do we book your services?
1. Call or fill out booking page section of the website.
2. Duo d'Amore will e-mail you a contract to secure your date
3. Mail contract to Duo d'Amore with the deposit cheque payable to Matthew Hayes
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require 20% of the fees, excluding travel costs as a deposit.
How does payment work?
Please pay with cash or cheque, and make all cheques payable to Matthew Hayes.
How many songs should we choose for the service?
In our experience three songs are sufficient: one song for the processional, one for the signing, and one for the recessional. Please see the repertoire section of our website for further information, or e-mail us at info@duodamore.com
What do you play before and after the ceremony?
We play a range of light classical music of our choice. If there is a particular song from our Repertoire list that you would like to hear during this time, we will do our best to fit it in.
Can you play outdoors?
If the event is outdoors, a tent or overhead covering must be provided. The musicians have the right to select a suitable playing area, as the environment must protect our delicate and valuable instruments from sun, heat, moisture, as well as from food and drink.
We are interested in another combination of instruments, can you arrange this?
Yes, this is a common request, and we would be delighted to arrange an ensemble to suit your needs. Please contact us for further details.
